He has a proven track record in developing and executing integration plans for newly acquired companies, aligning business objectives with technical solutions, and optimizing performance through standardized processes.
His extensive experience centers around digital strategy, ERP software, CRM automation, and change management. His ability to manage high-performance teams to foster collaboration and accountability allows him to drive major IT projects to successful completion. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation as an excellent communicator, liaising between leadership and technical/non-technical teams to ensure seamless IT solution implementation and alignment with business goals.
